I didn’t know I was lost. I thought I was tired. I thought it was just part of life.

But what I now know is that I had disconnected from me.

👉 I had never done mindset work (not properly – it was surface level mindset ‘fluff’ I’d experienced in past courses).
👉 I didn’t even know what “energy” meant.
👉 I was following every strategy, every blueprint, every guru – and still wondering why I felt stuck.

And then, in 2023, after my third child, everything came crashing down.
I missed out on my dream home birth. I felt out of control. I was building my business with no energy left to give.

I knew something had to change.

And that’s when my spiritual awakening began.

✨ My human design which opened my eyes to the right path for me and how my soul, spirit and brain work.

What began as desperation became my initiation.
My breakdown became my breakthrough.
