Selling high ticket IS NOT being greedy, ripping people off or overcharging!
Let’s be clear for a second….
You NEED to know what you’re talking about, have experience and know you can actually provide the service you are selling!
I HAVE seen people sell high ticket services but just not deliver what was promised. Leaving clients/customers feeling like they’ve made a mistake is going to damage your brand and reputation BIG TIME!
I honestly think that the customer experience and satisfaction is SO key!
Maybe that’s from the days where I worked at M&S where part of the training was about excellent customer service and going the extra mile (which by the way, can we all agree that the standard of customer service in M&S has gone massively downhill the last few years?? Maybe a rant for another day 😉 )
I am an empath. I care about how my clients feel. I care about their experience when they work with me. I WANT them all to get results and I am there when they need me.
It’s why so many of my clients come back to me again and again.
I get the results for them and I want to see them truly thrive.
I have a couple of lower investment options to work with me but most of my services for mentoring and rebrands are a bigger investment.
I used to charge £497 for my brand identity design service when I first started out.
That meant I had so many people wanting to book me because I was cheap and I couldn’t say no!
I couldn’t possibly deliver the kind of high level service I wanted to and actually I honestly don’t think the standard of my work was that great (which as a designer I’m ashamed to admit but these were fast turnarounds which meant I didn’t have the time to deliver exactly what I could have).
Now take this for a minute….MOST of those clients (and we are talking of around 40+ businesses here) are still using the same branding.
They haven’t scaled their business. They’re in exactly the same place.
My rebrand experience is now £15k.
