Next steps when you have a desire for more

It’s no secret that I am always looking to push myself to those next level goals. If you listen to my podcast, Becoming A Powerhouse Brand, or if you follow me on Instagram you’ll know this!

For many entrepreneurs, they run a business to make some money and so they have more flexibility.

For me (and the women I work with) it’s about so much more than that.

Sure making money is amazing, that’s the whole reason why anyone works no matter what form that may be. It’s the very definition of business!

I genuinely want to make a difference. I want to empower other women and to also break through my own glass ceilings set by what’s previously been a comfort zone.

The thing is, when you are scaling your business – you NEED to step out of your comfort zone! You need to be visible. To show up as an authority and to show how amazing you are. Otherwise – how will your dream clients know that YOU are the perfect fit for them?

So, what can you do when you feel that desire to smash through that glass ceiling to that next level?

It starts with the vision.

What is that BIG vision you have? What does your life look like? How does your business look? How are you showing up in your business and what kind of things are you doing as your next level self?

Without this clear vision it’s virtually impossible to create a strategy that’s going to help you stay on the right path to make that vision a reality.

Then it’s working backwards. What steps do you need to take to make that vision a reality?

Does your offer suite need an upgrade? Does your pricing need to change? Because when YOU uplevel, your ideal client will usually uplevel too and those kind of clients can often be put off if the price is too low! It can seriously damage your authority and credibility if you’re not charging the right investment costs!

Does your branding need a serious level up? Is your website and brand imagery blending in with everyone else? Is it aligned to an older version of you when you really want to be showing up as your next level you to attract those dream high ticket clients into your offers?

How can you boost your authority in your field? If you don’t already have this in place, things like a YouTube channel, a Podcast, guest speaking at events as an expert. These are all amazing ways to show you are a leader in your field.

The key to going from desiring more to having more, is to take the action! Do the things that feel scary. Step outside of that comfort zone!

Because we all know – growth does not come from staying in that comfort zone!
